No yoga experience required. Just in time for the spring and summer outdoor season, we will target key areas affecting athletes. You will learn ways to increase flexibility in your hips, groin, hamstrings and glutes. Also, learn how to protect your knees, alleviate stiffness and instability in the shoulders, and help protect the body from injury. $25 advanced registration.
